Your Board of Directors has established Tuesday, June 27^th  as the date for the Annual Meeting of all property owners of Hunter’s Creek. This meeting will be held at Greenwood Christian School along Woodlawn Road, and will begin at 6pm. The proposed budget for July 1, 2017 – June 30, 2018 will be presented as well as reviewing recent developments with the POA. Please plan to attend.

The Board of Directors would like to inform you that 65% of the property owners voted affirmatively to adopt a 1 year social membership with LS Capital. The benefit of this arrangement is a summer pool membership. The pool hopefully will be opening May 28^th or shortly thereafter. More details of pool hours, rules and policies will be forthcoming as soon as we receive them from Cypress Management. Those of you that have already joined and paid for a ‘full club membership” or a Summer Pool Membership” will be receiving a credit or check.

The Board is placing expectations on LS Capital to make more improvements to the overall club in order for us to make our quarterly payments to them for this arrangement. We hope to see some additions and changes to the club soon.
