LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE
SERVICES
HUNTER’S CREEK PLANTATION
PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION
The Hunter’s Creek Plantation Property
Owners Association, located in Greenwood
County, South Carolina, is soliciting
sealed proposals from qualified
landscape maintenance contractors for
comprehensive landscaping services
throughout the community.
The scope of work includes maintenance
of three primary community entrances,
neighborhood enclave entrances, designated
roadway corridors, common areas,
landscape beds, trees, shrubbery, and
seasonal plantings.
Interested contractors are encouraged to
review the complete Request for Proposals
(RFP), including service requirements,
contractor qualifications, and submission
instructions.

Sealed proposals must be hand-delivered
to Town & Country Property Management
in Greenwood, South Carolina, no later
than 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December
9, 2026.
The Association reserves the right to reject
any or all proposals and to award a
contract based on the best overall value
rather than price alone.
