- Abbeville special tax district
- HOA name change
- Change of HC fiscal year to Greenwood counties dates 7/1-2014-6/30-15
- Refurbished walls at Woodlawn with new stucco
- Repaired wall at 72- Ram Jack
- By-laws updated to comply with State laws
- E-letters for residents
- Monthly meetings for board members
- Worked to handle all complaints with prompt response and follow up
- Encouraged HOA involvement in all areas of concern
