The Hunters Creek Board of Directors recently approved the latest set of Board Meeting Minutes. These can be found under the “Board Meeting Minutes” tab to the right of the screen.

There will be a Board of Directors Meeting Tuesday, January 23rd at 6:00 PM. This meeting will be held at the Hunters Creek Clubhouse. See attached agenda for this meeting.

The Woodlawn Road Entrance fountain has been drained in order to perform some preventative maintenance.  All pipes will be cleaned, the fountain will be pressure washed, and the fountain will then be re-filled. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Every Thursday is now WING NIGHT at the Hunters Creek Clubhouse. Come by and enjoy wings at 65 cents. They will be served in either half a dozen ($3.90) or a dozen ($7.80).  Wet rubs include: Hot, Mild, Medium, Teriyaki, Hot Teriyaki, Sriracha, Honey Sriracha, Carolina Gold (mustard based BBQ). Dry rubs include: Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, and Cajun. 2-for-1 Fireball Shots will also be served! Come by and spend your Thursday evenings with us!

You may have noticed that all three of our entrances have recently been decorated for the Christmas holidays. Many thanks to Board Member Michelle Karlovetz and Architectural Committee Member Susan Burch for providing the labor to install the newly purchased decorations this past weekend. Please take time to thank these ladies for their effort and work with this project when you see them!

This year’s Christmas Social will be held at the Clubhouse on Sunday December 10th , 2017! Santa will be available for the kids from 4pm-5pm. The Adult Portion of the party will be held from 5-7pm with the bar being available. Make plans to attend this year’s gathering!

We have received several reports of stolen mail from mailboxes within Hunters Creek.  Some of this mail was found scattered along the Hunters Village Drive.  We believe that they are potentially looking for checks to change the Payee information on, and then cash at a bank in return. Please be vigilant and report any suspicious activity to the Sheriff’s Department (911). Thank you for your help.

The Annual Christmas Drop-In for all Property Owner Association Members will be held on Sunday December 10th at the Clubhouse from 4-8pm. Further details to be announced!
