The second Town Hall meeting with East Coast Golf Management will be held at the Club House on May 21st at 6 pm. They will review their progress since the last meeting, lay out their timing plan for projects / improvements going forward, and communicate the proposed Social Membership fee for the next 3 years. Following that, a member of the H/C BOD will address the impact of this proposed fee on the upcoming budget. The proposed budget will be voted on by all property owners at the Annual Meeting in June.
