Dear Hunters Creek Owner,

Last night we conducted your Annual Members Meeting. Attached are the minutes from the meeting along with 2 financial reports that were handed out.  Let me quickly recap the highlights:

• A quorum was achieved with 274 lots being represented.
• Amended and Restated By-Laws were adopted
• Budget for 2018-2019 was approved
• Four new board members were elected. We wish to congratulate the following:
  • Jeannie Dean, Ralph Layland, Tom Pritchard and Bob Moon.
