In the best interest of the community, the HCPOA Board voted at the July 2024 meeting to discontinue mowing the roadway area of empty lots in Hunter’s Creek.  This is private property and is the responsibility of the owner for its maintenance within applicable regulations or covenants.

A large portion of our neighborhood communications come via email. We have a directory of all homeowners who have submitted their email addresses in the past, but we do not have them all. It would be greatly beneficial to everyone if we had as many Email Addresses on file as possible! So, if you know of a neighbor who is not receiving our emailed communications, we ask that you please have them reach out to Jacqueline Weekes at jweekes@tcgrd.com or Pam Luiz at pluiz@tcgrd.com so that they can be added to this listing. Congratulations to our very own Sam Neighbors for competing in the upcoming US Special Olympics! He will be competing in Equestrian Events. The US Special Olympics will be held in Orlando, FL this year from June 5th – June 11th. We wish Sam all the luck!

We are so excited and proud of our very own Parker Egbert! Parker will be representing the United States in the 2021 Tokyo Paralympic Games in Swimming. The  Paralympic Games take place August 24^th-September 5^th, and select events can be found on NBC Universal. Hunters Creek would like to wish him well and congratulate him on such an enormous accomplishment!

The 2021 Hunters Creek Property Owners Association Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 22nd, 2021 at 6pm in the Harris Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. Please mark your calendar and plan to attend!

Hunters Creek HOA Members,
Although COVID 19 has prevented us from having open member meetings, your board has continued to meet remotely and in person to continue the work of the HOA . We are sending this letter to touch base and give an overview of activities since we last met.

Also, on the website, you will find board members name and contact information. Please feel free to contact t any board member with any questions or concerns regarding Hunters
Creek.

The Reserve Advisers were commissioned to complete an in-depth reserve study to determine the appropriate dollar amount to maintain in the HOA reserve. The study has been completed, and the board is reviewing their recommendations.

An ad hoc committee has been established to bring a 3-to-5 Year Plan to upgrade amenities – i.e. Lighting, Landscaping, Signage, etc., for the improvement and maintenance of the community. If you have any suggestions for upgrades or needed maintenance, please notify the board.

Any incident of vandalism that you observe, we ask that you please report it to the police and to our county representative, Robbie Templeton at, 864-942-8008 (work). The more attention brought to the acts of vandalism, the better our chances are for corrective action.

Town & Country recently installed several new SLOW SPEED signs throughout the community in an attempt to remind drivers to reduce their speed while traveling down any main thoroughfare.
